Canada:
total: 9,984,670 sq km
land: 9,093,507 sq km
water: 891,163 sq km
China:
total: 9,596,960 sq km
land: 9,326,410 sq km
water: 270,550 sq km
I think Mina was talking about the population of both countries rather than their area.

Ok, I'm afraid the above two both made a mistake. Here's the info I learned from my junior school textbook:
1, Russia, 17,075,000 square kilometers
2, Canada, 9,971,000 square kilometers
3, China(not USA), 9,601,000 square kilometers
and then comes USA, holds the forth place with 9,364,000 square kilometers.
And you can see from the data, the land size between China and Canada is only a pinpoint difference really(about 370, 000 square kilometers, um, almost the size of Japan.).

I don't know the exact land size but Mina wrong. I think the numbers Mina put are old population numbers.
Biggest is Russia, then Canada, then USA, then China but Canada, USA and China are all almost the same size.
Russia is a little over twice as big as Canada.
EDIT
Sorry, I guess it's China then the US.
