I carved a Pumpkin two days ago (Sunday) and I put all the cleaned off seeds in a little tupperware box and I went to cook them today and some of them had a white stem like thing growing out of them. I tried to pick out the ones that didnt have that growing out of them, I also just ripped it off some of them. Are they too old to cook and eat? Or is it Ok?

They've germinated. I'd throw them away, but I don't think they will make you sick if you eat them.
