I think you should have a plan in mind first, so you dont have to whip up somewhere to go or do out of the blue.
For instance if you get tickets to go to a concert, you could say something like "I have an extra ticket to a concert, would you like to go?" or something like that.
It might be nice to ask her to a school event or something liek that too. Just be yourself.
Sometimes its better to go out with a group to some kind of event, so you dont feel so aqward at 1st.

i'm sorry but the people are right you are to young to be worrying about this sort of stuff and if you like her then just be flat out honest and tell her and you can only hope that she feels the same way!!!!! good luck!!
