Are these clues? We're dealing with the shy here?

There's this shy boy that sits next to me, and he never responds to everyone. It's more about his actions.
-I feel like he's staring at me, like I can feel it, but I can never catch him?
-I put my head down on my desk, and he'll do the same thing. Or I'll look at the clock, not really, but by his head, and he'll try to see what I'm looking at.
-Is a gentleman in the sense if we're both going through a door the same time, he'll let me go.
-When me and this girl went up to ask him a question, he focused his eyes on me first when we went up to him.

Thing is, he doesn't respond or talk period. I asked him what "the homework was"and he just pointed at it. It's kind of irritating but I don't want to give up.

What are some ways I can be shy that he really, really does like me?

Wow your good, to bad he doesn't talk you would be smart enough to watch were he's facing to see where his attentions are. But your grasp of human behaviors pretty good, like to know how you got that? All that aside, I'm here to throw my skill with understanding human relationships, so bare with me. Your right, the boyz got attention for you, which so that smart brain can soak up, means he does feel for you, which by this simple, simple forumla means feeling=love, love=feeling, we know the boy actually does love you. NOW DON'T you dare get to thinking its some sort of "lets get married she's the one for me" romantic love, not the true nature. But love is a simple thing, with a simple job, to excite feelings and all the other emotions! Its a wonderful emotion, a primative one. So by that nature your watching a boy "fall in love", cutest part... ITS YOU! Now were this could go, or how good of a thing it is, comes down to ALOT of things. I would just learn from this, understand from this. But realize that love gets extremely complicated and for the most part 50 year olds are not able to handle it better yet teenages, so remember that as YOU "fall in love" with people, that person owns your heart. But ALL this strange behavior of love comes from magical principal thats going to smack you in the face for the rest of your life (and no it isn't love itself), the HOW to love, which he hasn't figured out yet, he hasn't got his "love manual" ether, but neither have I, had to learn the hard way. But heck if YOUR really diggin this boy, maybe, just maybe, with that attention to detail and those smart skills of observation, you could help this boy out and yourself, your choice.... o yea, didn't tease you about it ether, but your loving him to! Its a consequence of observation, your feeling for him! But thats how love works, a small fire of a feeling in the beganing that with care, attention, and purpose becomes a rising fire of FEELINGS that even Dwarfs the sun, well it feels that way ;-)
