You should not give your cat milk.

You should take your cat to the emergency vet if you think there is something in the throat.

I would not advise it and this is why...

Cows milk and dairy products
Most everyone would agree that cats love drinking a bit of milk. While this is true, it does not mean that milk is healthy for them. Many cats are lactose intolerant because they lack the enzyme lactase. Without this enzyme, their bodies have a difficult time breaking down and digesting milk and dairy food products. This upset to the system can cause diarrhea and skin irritation, and more problems for your sick kitty. If your cat loves milk do not despair, there are several companies such as Whiskas that sell lactose free milk products that are designed with a cats digestive system in mind.

Ive writtten an article about things you should not feed your kitty friends. If you want to check it out heres the link.

No, warm milk or any milk can cause a bad case of diarhea which would make things even worse.

If you want warm and soothing, shred some baked chicken really fine, heat that up, add some chicken broth and let him eat that.

Cats are usually lactose intolerant so giving milk can cause vomiting and diarrhea. You said he had this before? Cats don't get FIP and then get rid of it. There is no cure for FIP. Sounds like you just need to keep him comfortable until he passes

i'm not sure giving him warm milk will be the best idea.. milk tends to upset the lining of stomachs whether humans or animals are sick. maybe the best thing to do is give him plenty of water, make sure he rests a lot, and most of all give him plenty of attention

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Don't give him warm milk. Cats actually don't respond well to milk. It's a myth. I guess what you can do is give him some water. Join a yahoo group on cats and ask them but DON't give him milk. Good luck and I hope he feels better. Poor thing...... :(

You should never give cats cow milk. It makes them feel a little sick. I THINK goat milk is better for them, its easier for them to digest. We gave some goat milk to my cat when she had cancer, I think it kinda helped.
