Theres about 100 other jobs not directly related to working on the car. Just like any business you need employees from "go fer" to web development, marketing, sales, R and D, Quality control and cook.

Engineer, Tire specialist, shock specialist, tire changer, jack man, gas man, crew chief, driver, catchcan man, semi driver, engine builder, fabricator and the list goes on.
