It depends on how big the age difference is.

Once a woman reaches 35 - pregnancies are considered high risk. That does not mean you can't have them - just have to have extra tests.

If you are dating a woman in her 30's - you need to have conversation with her about children.

i don't think so...as long as they inlove with each other it doesn't matter their age...the maximum age for a woman to give birth is 45 years old...
