Simple dandruff is dead skin cells not shedding at their normal rate, sorta sticking there. Brush your hair and scalp to massage the area, then shampoo twice with whatever you have. While lathering, rub with your fingertips thoroughly to loosen up those cells. Don't use water that is too hot; it'll damage the skin and cause more dandruff. Rinse really well, because soap left in the hair can irritate the scalp causing more dandruff. Let the conditioner set on your hair for a minute or two to really soften the scalp.

you may take their advice in selecting the type of shampoo fir your hair...

if you would like to use a home remedy.. cut a lemon and sqeeze it on your scalp... aply it evenly thorughout the scalp.. you get a burny and itchy sensation... dont worry thats common... let it dry for an hour and wash off.. this takes time but will reduce dandruff..

use a clean comb and clean towel everytime you wash your hair..

hope I helped you... gud luck :)
