I'm having problems with my hands. For school everythign is required to be typed, and since I had to get my own laptop for school, I now use it a lot for AIM too. I'm getting horrible pains in my hands and up my arms, and sometimes I can't even move my wrists. I'm not sure what to do. Its like electricity is shooting up my arm. Does anyone know what this is?

RSI, you need to take breaks while typing, sit back have a drink, relax the hands, arms and then return. Think they state 45 mins max and then 20 min break.

Possibly carpal tunnel, especially if you notice if you have your hand clenched for a long period of time like scrubbing something it hurts as well then check with a doc to get tested...Good Luck and God Bless
