These are not all necessarily good ideas, because some are there to show or teach, but look at mine:

After the first hundred or thousand, you should have an idea what you are particularly attracted to and then you can go out there and try some yourself.

I like flowers/foliage go to a local greenhouse or botanical garden and see what you can shoot. .Be creative and shoot from different angles/vantage points. Also, if you can get permission christmas decor is out and really colorful you can take some interesting macro shots of various ornaments especially with glitter/mirror or fuzzy for texture.. Just be sure to get permission from management. Sometimes the simplest thing shot close-up can offer a beautiful image. I have one of a christmas wreath that is really pretty, but you can't tell what it is.. It looks like a Kleidiscope !

Yes! Flowers they look so amazing even when you shoot them in a different point of view like at their level! I used Macro on my Point-n-shoot and it was still awesome :)

I like shooting bees but they aren't very cooperative.
