ive had this since thursday and i dont know what it is from or how to stop it!! anything would be great! im running a fever, bad lower back pain, achey, it comes on around the evening.

Fever means infection, so suggest you see a Doc.

sounds like a kidney infection to me, your fever usually starts up in the evening and if you have any burning or pain when going to urinate, that is a dead give away and it is not going to go away by its self you need an antibotic. Any time you have a fever there is usually an infection some where. It also could be the flu. Being achey all over generally is more of a flu symptom but the bad back ache if you are a male could even be a kidney stone.Make sure you check and see if there is any blood in your urine. Females can usually pass a stone on their own but they hurt and you bleed also.I wouldn't mess around on here if your back ache gets worse, go to a doctor ASAP.

Sound like you pulled a rhomboid muscle it is the one just below and between the shoulder blade and it hurts like nobodies business. There is not much you can really do for it but rest and let the muscle heal itself. Take it easy and lay on a heating pad for few minutes every hour
