I have concrete bricks at home and we find Blu-Tac is the best.. however I'm from Australia and I'm not sure if there is such a thing in the US... no doubt there's something similar though... :)

When I was in collage we called it foamy sticky stuff. The offical name is double sided foam mounting tape. It was on a roll, double sided tape that was about 1/16 of an inch thick and about 3/4 of an inch wide. It was great and the posters stayed up all year and at the end of the year we just rolled it off the wall. I would just ask at an office supply store and they would know what you were talking about.

There is that stuff variously called Tac, which comes in a blue block/stick, can be used over and over.
If you want it to really STICK, there are so many kinds of glue now which you can pick up in Home Depot, Sutherlands, Lowes, Ace, etc.
