I was trying to watch a video and it wouldnt let me because it said that i didnt have JavaScript on or that i didnt have the latest Adobe so i clicked to get the newer one. I installed it last night and now today it is saying the same thing. Please help. O yea on my computer everyone has different log ons and i installed it under my name but it is still not helping. Please give me the steps to turn it on or whatever. Thanks

Go here http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/ if it says Adobe flash is already instaled then go here http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_19166& do the same if it says it isnt

If your using a shared computer you might not have administrators rights to download and install the software.

Depending on your browser (Firefox) there should be a yellow bar at the bottom of the screen, with a button that seyz options at the far right corner, that is the Script blocking, you might need to temporarily allow the sites until the video works.

Using Internet Explorer that's your problem, I cannot assist you check with Microsoft's website below.

Possibly not being installed because your account being limited would not allow the changes. Try logging in under an administrator account and reinstall. This should make system wide changes.
