ways to get me fired or else trying to make me quit? (example -
last week they made me and a few other people get a
random drug test.) They seem like bored jerks.

That usually happens because either a certain employee (I'm not directly implying you) or the entire work force is performing so badly they are forced to do this to try and explain the poor job performance.

Either that or you have a job where you can be held legally responsible for other people's safety and well-being and they do periodic drug tests just to take the liability out of their
hands.

On the other hand, I also agree with "hiwokakeru"... They cannot just subject you specifically, repeatedly to a drug test just to harrass you. If you feel that you are being treated unfairly then speak with a lawyer. If the tests are completely random then you always have the option of quitting.

If you're not happy where you work, then find another job. Is drug testing part of the requirements for you to hold your job where you are? If it is, then you have no room to gripe about it. And who are these "people"? Co-workers? Bosses? It's important to know who has the authority where you work.

Business people HaTE the Constitution and spend much time on how to slyly take away our rights. (You are in America, right?) It's also a psychological manipulation to test to see if something they are thinking of making their workers do in the future to see if they will protest. It might be just because American business people are the hatefulest and tyrannical people in the world. Or it might be like you said. They might have found an illegal worker who will work for less.

Depends on who you work for, I believe it is illegal for your employer to force you to submit to a mandatory drug test excluding certain professions. furthermore, if they have done this multiple times and you have repeatedly been the target of their abuse, it could be construed as harassment. I would ask them why they target you and take action based on their response.
