Doctors, Airline Pilots (only experienced ones), Software Engineers (only specialized ones w/ lot of experience), Investment Bankers (again, only those who work big deals) etc.
Bottom line, there are no careers where the introduction salary is $100k. There are several careers where it eventually (after 5-8 yrs say) crosses that mark. All those careers require specialized training that costs a lot of time and money (often $100k+ for college) and you have to be very very dedicated and talented to make it in those fields.

The best paid jobs are in the professions, law, medicine engineering, accounting come to mind. If you are looking for low stress jobs then I think that you can just about forget about making 100K or more a year, for that kind of money your employers are going to insist on the kind of performance that is guaranteed to produce stress.
