I have my sister who is having blood cancer, someone told me if i don't use gloves i can be inffected. Is that true?

No. Cancer is about an individuals damaged DNA. DNA is unique to each person. No one has the same DNA and you cannot pass it to someone else. Cancer is not an infection.
The only reason anyone would wear gloves is in order to protect your sister. Her immune system is compromised, which means that a virus, ordinary bacteria, or mold could be life threatening to her. You must protect your sister from germs and keep your home and hands clean at all times. It is your sister who is at risk . . not you.

Usually cancer is not contagious BUT YES IT CAN BE TRANSMITTED, CANCER CAN BE TRANSMITTED IN ONE WAY... You are donated an organ that has cancer in it, your body will usually attack the organ and cancer so they give your drugs to suppress your immune system so it stops fighting the organ and cancer :(.

Cancer is not contageous. The reason you use gloves is to protect HER from anything you might be carrying, such as a cold, because her immune systen is not working well.

Cancer is not contagious through blood or any body fluids. I think you're thinking of HIV/AIDS.
There's is such a thing as blood cancer, it's commonly known as leukemia.

Probably not, but it depends on who told you. If it was a experienced doctor I would say they have more credit to tell you than a bunch of people on the internet.
