It's called the theory of Evolution and since it's not proven...It's just that a theory. Evolution is no more wrong than creationism; however, creationism isn't even a theory as it's sole basis relies on words in a book written by men. We don't know how we got here per se. Evolution is clearly more weighted scientifically and can be construed as fact despite not being proven...More and more evidence points to it being fact...PEACE!

It is both a fact AND a theory. The two terms are not mutually exclusive. Read this:
http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/evolution-fact.html
When you see people who say "It's just a theory", you know that they haven't bothered to research the topic in the slightest, and don't know the difference between a "hypothesis" and a "theory" (which is a crucial distinction in science). It's like saying "The subject of Music Theory shows that music is just a theory; the D-major scale hasn't been proven."
EVERY claim I have seen that supposedly "disproves" evolution has ended up being either a logical fallacy, an outright lie, or based on a clear misunderstanding of science:

IF there ever came a time that evolution was proven to be not true, then that would be done by scientists doing science, NOT armchair theologians making verbal debates. It would also beg the question of why the model worked so well for everything else.

When you can prove you come from an ape by finding the so called missing link mankind has been searching for forever, then you can possible have an argument for evolution.
The Word of God alone proves evolution wrong.
Mankind says the world has been here millions of years.
The Word of God says a little over 6000 years.
Man attempts to use a tool called carbon dating using chemical principals that are completely different from the preflood world.
What I am saying is that the preflood world did not suffer from the bombardment of radiation we suffer from today.
That is why man lived so long prior to the flood. He didn't receive that massive amounts of radiation we do today.
According to the Word of God, the earth prior to the flood had a body of water above the firmament, between the atmosphere and space. This gave all life on earth extra protection from the deadly radiation of the sun.
If you read the bible, you will notice soon after the flood, mankind began to decrease in the age that he lived.
The reason for that is because the water that was once above the firmament was poured upon the face of the earth causing the great flood known as Noah's flood.
Now, since man had extra protection, so did beast. A reptile continues to grow as long as it is breathing. So if we have an alligator that grows twenty feet in 100 years, imagine how large it would grow if it lived to be 1000 years old. It would have grown to 200 feet. Thus, you have a dinosaur.
The finger prints of God are everywhere, they have just been covered over by the finger prints of man.

There are those who support the theory of evolution and feel that it is now an established fact. They believe that evolution is an “actual occurrence,” a “reality,” a “truth,” as one dictionary defines the word “fact.” But is it?
many advocates of evolution feel that they have sufficient reason to insist that evolution is a fact. They explain that they are just arguing over details. But if any other theory had such enormous remaining difficulties, and such major contradictions among those who advocate it, would it so readily be pronounced a fact? Merely repeating that something is a fact does not make it a fact. .”
But what about creation as an explanation for how life got here?

The only requirement for someone to tell you something is the ability for them to make their mouth move.
It is referred to as the "Theory of Evolution" more as a historical reference. It is a theory that has been proven repeatedly and is accepted as fact by anyone that has even elementary knowledge of the subject.

Sorry dude to shake your convictions…it is a "theory" rather than a "fact"
And this is pertaining to the evolution of the primitive organic compound into the bio-human form…
And while some evolution examples may pertain fact status like the Antibiotic resistance bacteria; still no conclusive connection of the whole evolution theory have been attained…..

Evolution is a Theory
it has never been proven or disproven
just like intelligent design
both have some holes and some strong points
but some things just cant be proven

Evolution is absolutely not a scientific fact, it is a theory. Evolution has one fatal flaw and that is that it can not prove where life first origniated from. It also runs into some issues when you get into the natural selection aspect of it, in that not all parts of an organism are beneficial to it on their own. If you do a bit of research you will find that evolution has in many cases, disproved itself.

2nd Law of Thermodynamics makes evolution not feasible. This is why many scientist are changing their tunes from evolution to creation, 2nd Law of Thermodynamics has proved to be highly reliable, there is no recorded experiment in the history of science that contradicts it.

I think you're talking about me aren't you?
Go back and look at what I said ... I said it was not proven and that it was a theory, not a law.
That said, not having proof that something does or does not exist is not proof that something does not or does exist.
