Now I've seen the photographs, and they are inspiring.
But I'm reminded of a controversy regarding a similar work, Our Lady of the Rockies:
http://www.ourladyoftherockies.com/
I read an anti-Christian poster's bitter complaints about this work. He thought it was a violation of his right not to be exposed to religious art in a prominent location.
I don't recall any provision in the Bill of Rights making an exception for large-scale free exercise of religion. It is protected, and as a result, we can freely enjoy such testimonies to Christian faith.
Cheers,
Bruce
