Get some really good reconstructor from a salon. You can also get a protein treatment. One was recommended to me- I think it is Joyco. You put that on and let it on for awhile, rinse it out and then use a really good conditioner that you leave on for awhile then rinse. You can also use a leave-in treatment. Don't use any heat of any type on your hair- let it air dry. It should get better but no stylist should have ever done that much to your hair at one time. Hope this helps!

Waiting a couple of weeks is probably the smart thing to do,putting more chemicals in your hair too soon would fry it.I would say that its okay to put the color in your hair now.I would just use a product that isnt full chemicals,it has some healthy ingredients in it.Also, when your done coloring it,heavily condition it and continue to condition it until your hair is feeling pretty good. Then just make sure to take extra good care of your hair after.

Really depends on what else they will have to do to get what you want (which is???). With all the bleaching and stripping already, your hair is probably getting pretty damaged. If this will be more stripping and bleaching, you might want to wait until most of it grows out. Ask a pro!

Maybe you can wait some time.. it happens that when you think you need to change your hair color because your roots are showing so much, that's when people start telling you "Wow your hair looks amazing!". So maybe if you wait just a few more weeks then you'll get the color you wanted. Good luck!! :D

Yes, condition, condition, condition.... and please, please stop messing with it. I had a friend who went through a similar situation, and her hair FELL OUT at the roots. Just let it heal and love who and what you are. Never, ever strip your color. A stylist told me that, and thankfully, I listened. If you still want to color it after a few months (maybe a full year) ask an experienced colorist, who cares about hair health. Good Luck and be nice to your hair...

let your natural hair come back and in the summer put lemon juice in your hair.. you'll get the highlight you want and they wont look like stripes.. and my hairdresser tells me when i want a good hair treatment of any kind leave the conditioner in your hair for 30 minutes, then wash it out

you really shouldn't dye/ strip your hair more then twice/ three times every 2-4 weeks, it can kill your hair making it gray, or worse, making it fall out. We really have no idea what your natural hair color is, or what color you want, so answering this question is difficult.

eep definately wait at least a month...all those chemicals can make your hair fall out.

to protect it for now, avoid styling tools like dryers, curlers, straighteners, etc... and definately loasd up on the leave-in conditioner
