Neither. It is better to pay by credit card where you can and take out money from a local cash point when you need cash.

the answer given is complete rubbish it will cost a fortune in charges. change you money there you will receive a better rate, this is true for nearly all countries it is always better to do it when you arrive using cash machines overseas is ill advised and the bank charges are astronomic believe me
