I went to Michael's this weekend and found some for $49.99 for fifty. Joann's was $10.00 cheaper. for fifty. Wal-mart has some nice ones as well, and they were $15.00 cheaper, and just as nice. these were the print yourself kits.

Hi. Each store varies. I only live by a Michael's store, so I can tell you that a package of 50 at Michael's sells for $30. However, in the Sunday paper they always have a 40% off coupon (sometimes 50%)! So, that would bring the cost of a package of 50 to $15-$18 depending on either the 40% off or the 50% off.
Walmart may be a little cheaper. All sets are 50 in a package, so you will need 4 total boxes. Still LOTS cheaper than getting them printed!

They have packages with envelopes of 20 blank invitations and thank you cards for approximately $15.00 to $20. I would look on line for wedding invitations. It is not cheap to do your own like you think. If you buy invitations that would be printed in flat script (not raised) it can be cheaper. Do a search: discounted wedding invitations. For the amount of people you will have, you will need approximately 100 invitations. That will cost you between $100 to $200 according to the style and quality you choose.

Just bought 50 pack from Michaels for $49.95. Keep an eye out for coupons though, we got ours at half price.
Are you inviting 160 seperate people or will you be sending some out to Mr & Mrs so and so. We have 175 guests but should need less than 100 invites.

I bought mine at Michaels after seeing them for the same price at Joannes. They have a silver edge and came with a silver ribbon per invitation, response cards and envelopes, and a test sheet for the inviation and for the response card, as well as sample wording for both. They were $30.00 for 50, but count on extras because its easy to make some mistakes. Mine turned out beautifully though, they looked really professional. They were relatively easy to make and customize, so have fun and good luck!

It varies depending on location but it seems that they are averaging around $50 for 50. You should also check office stores like Office Depot or Staples. They have the invitation paper that you can use to print your own and save even more money.
Good luck!

We bought invites at AC Moore they were $20 for 50 invites...they included the invite, envelope and response card with envelope. I'd also look in Target, they had TONS of cute stuff for very little money.

Dear chee:
I just checked here (CA) for you and Michael's is asking for a packet of 50 anywhere from $19.95, $29.95 and $39.99. I'm told that finishing touches can be done in this case by you and upon completion you can go to print. If you have a printer of course.
Enjoy!
