Take in less calories than you expend in your day-to-day life. You will lose, but it will be hard if you are used to eating a lot more. You can eat more if you exercise along with it, but if you don't, you have to eat less. You will still lose - with or without exercise. Bottom line is calories.

In my opinion this is the best resource you can find online on how to get rid of cellulite http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=539

You CAN?T improve or enhance your leg, butt, hip, thigh or tummy areas with cellulite creams, lotions, wrap treatments, diet/fat burning pills, butt enhancement supplements or any other money wasting scam that sounds to good to be true. (I'm sure you have already wasted A LOT of money on some of these). Deceptive marketing and pharmaceutical companies take advantage of advertising loopholes that allow them to lie to you on the packaging and in their advertisements. They don?t care about you at all. They just want your money, nothing else.

You have several hundred muscles in your leg, butt, hip, thigh and lower stomach area. The major problem is, not exercising these muscles correctly will make your trouble spots worse and more pronounced, while risking serious injury. However, the right exercises that use these muscles in harmony with each other can bring definite results without spending unrealistic amounts of time on ineffective exercises and risking long term set-backs. You don?t need access to a gym because this type of approach doesn?t require weights and machines.

A year ago I was an out of shape with my lower body was the worst, carrying an extra fat on my stomach. My thighs and butt are quite big. After joining a program which i accidentally found while surfing the web for my consultancy project, i have made the dramatic changes and i feel young, healthy and sexy again. Even my legs are much more slimmer then before. The point is, there's a much FASTER, BETTER and CHEAPER way to get fit and melt the body butter once and for all without gyms, weights or fancy shmancy expensive exercise equipment.

Hi there,
Since cellulite is a structural issue (muscle) it can be fixed with simple and unique body movements which target the cellulite areas.
These types of moves can be followed by any woman, regardless of her age or fitness level. And it doesn?t matter if the cellulite started in the early teen years, or after pregnancy, or after menopause, it?s still a structural issue that results from soft, un-toned muscles underneath the saggy, dimpled, shadowy skin.

As a medical researcher I don't really recommend phony lotions, painful treatments, crazy skin-brushing, useless body-wrapping or toxin-Flushing pill-scams.

Check out this site if you want to know more about how to treat cellulite http://bit.ly/1qbITGw
Hope it helps.

Do ddr it burns so many calories when you do faster songs. And you don't even have to be a pro :)). Also stay away from breakfast a lot of extra food thats really not necessary. And i would skip luch too. Eat a nice diner and some "snacks" throughout the day if your usd to eating a lot. Soda/pop is a lot of calories too. If you work out in the morning it speeds up your metabolism.

Exercise and eat six small meals a day. Cut out fried foods, white breads, sodas and juices and cut down on pastas and rice.
