i would want to know why "god made" apes not only similar in functional structures, but also non-functional ones. what could be the reason for "designing" chimpanzees and humans so that they both fail to synthesise vitamin C in exactly the same way (same broken protein)? i can only think that "god wants" us to conclude that we evolved from a common ancestor. that god, what a joker :)

It's that last 2% that makes all the difference, and changes everything, humans create things, Apes are living in forrests like the animals they are. Apes, Monkeys, and Orangatangs are similar, humans are not.

Our image likeness to God, is our Soul, not our bodies. Animals dont have a soul. The 3 functions of the soul is our memory, intellilect, and will. Animals dont have this operating in themselves they go by instinct.

He was experimenting till he got it right. I am pretty sure God doesn't have a DNA strand.

And while our DNA and a chimps DNA is 98% the same the 2% difference gives us people like Da Vinci, Einstein, Newton, etc.

The ability to think on a complex level greater then any animal.

Forget the relative physical similarities of us primates compared to the rest of the animal kingdom. I want to know why he matched the DNA in so many places, even the useless parts.
