no u are not chubby at ur age ur the perfect weight .I'm 14 and weigh141 and5'7'' im perfectly fine with that the only thing that matters is the way u feel about ur self ur perfect and don't be intimidated to what others say.dont believe those magazine's that say a perfect girl ways 90 pounds.the truth is that we are all beautiful

The standard is for 5 ft you should be 100 pounds. For each inch add 5 pounds. That means you should be 135. Then we consider your bone structure. So you should be between 130 to 140 you are underweight. At your age that is NOT good. Your body needs some fat to mature properly.
You are not chubby!

HELL NO YOUR NOT CHUBBY. YOUR SUPPOSED TO HAVE MEAT ON YOUR BONES, THAT'S HEALTHY. WHAT'S NOT HEALTHY AT ALL IS BEING WAY TOO SKINNY AND NOT HAVING ENOUGH MEAT ON YOUR BONES. BUT FOR YOUR AGE AND HEIGHT, IT MIGHT BE MORE HELPFUL TO GAIN A COUPLE OF POUNDS OR SO. IT WON'T HURT YOU AT ALL.

I think you're not fat honestly! Your just big boned and tall, I've always wanted to be that way. It's normal around your age for your thighs to be big because it's your figure coming. You're perfect the way you are :)

Ok... you are not fat girlie. Seriously, stop reading all those magazines that show unreal 'perfect' girls who are 20lbs underweight. They look like toothpicks, not hawt.
Hit the gym regularly, eat as healthy as you can, do cardio and light lifting - simple as that. Stop stressing it.

hell no...im 6 inches shorter and i only weigh a few pound less than you!!!!
i don't know if this answers your question, but i measured around my thigh and it is like 16 inches at the fattest part
