it depends on how fast your metabolism is. My friend eats fast food three times a week and shes gained a couple pounds. but in the long run, it'll catch up to you. but you wont gain alot of weight. I would stick to about once a month.

ultimately the calories consumed over an extended period of time like weeks and/or months will determine if the weight stays the same, increases or decreases. day to day fluctuations of the calories will have a negligible effect on weight loss or gain.

Once every two weeks isn't going to kill you... such foods typically take no more than five days to clear your system, so with ten to fourteen days inbetween, you shouldn't be carrying extra weight from such a meal upon you.

well if u get alot like fries burger soda and it all large stuff u might a little bit but if u workout like run for 30 min u wont gain u will just lose it by running 30min a day and u should be ok but if u just get like a burger you'll be find

it's sometimes good to sate your fast food urges, and it also allows your body to reset its metabolism. but that doesn't mean eating two value meals is good for you.
