Call the casino and tell them you want to use a martingale at blackjack. They'll comp you a suite and all your meals while you're there. Why? Because you're almost guaranteed to lose a huge amount of money. In most instances, you won't even double your money before busting out.
I don't know why people ask this question. There are a million blackjack video games out there, and if all else fails, you can use a real deck of cards. Try it for yourself. You will quickly find out that this kind of system is a bad one, and will lose you a ton of money.

No, they don't send someone to jump you or cut your fingers off. Bugsy isn't running any casinos anymore. That's illegal. It's also not illegal to count cards. However, whether you're winning or losing, the casino has the right to put you out if you'e counting cards. It is, after all, private property. They will either ask you to leave the table or the casino altogether. They will also probably have surveillance take a picture of you and post it in all the pits, as well as share it with the other casinos in the area, with the info that you are a card-counter.

Yes, their is a system that is very simple and doesn't cost you anything if you loose. Lets say you bet $10, you win once, the 10 is now $20, you place that bet again and win, now it is $40. You place it one last time and it is $80. Take all the money off and start over the process with $10. In blackjack you go on roles. If you win 3 hands in a row, it becomes $80. Instead of if you bet $10 each time you would only win $30. You are only risking $10 each time you go for $80. I made great money off of it. All other strategies or bad and can risk you loose much more money.

Not only will the casino NOT kick you out, but they will provide you with a complimentary room and food.
Those huge casinos in Las Vegas were paid for by people using Martingale systems. Over the long run, it is a guaranteed loser.

I don't even know what the double up system is, and I can tell you it's not a good one. You know why? Because no matter what you do (without breaking the law) the odds in a casino are ALWAYS stacked against you. The illusion that you can somehow "beat the system" will only make you lose more money.

In addition to what potsie says, you have to remember that in blackjack you will sometimes need to split pairs (AA, 88).
When you do that, you are basically destroying the progression. If you don't split when you should, you're just throwing your money away.
