If someone is pregnant in a dream, it means they are about "to birth" something. Like a new job, relationship, etc. If you dream about someone dying, it could mean that what they represent to you could be dying or coming to an end, like an issue, an era, a career. Their name, position, gender, etc. could also have significant meaning and not necessarily the person.

Not necessarily. That is one person's interpretation out of many interpretations available. Death and birth in dreams are often about beginnings and endings. If someone dies in your dream, it could be that they have ended a phase of thier life, and begun a new phase, or have let go of an old attitude that no longer serves them, and made a transition to a new period of growth. If you dream your are pregnant, it could be that you are about to start a new phase or new project in your life, or have become more mature, or you could just be worried about whether your birth control is working, or warning your self that you're ovulating, it can be alot of things. I don't know what to provide you as evidence that all dream symbols have multiple meanings? I have never known anyone who dies when I dream of being pregnant, or vice versa....

I'm sure that if you dream about someone dying that there will be thousands of people pregnant in real life.
You'll just have to believe me.
