There's been what i guess you would say is an outbreak of the MRSA Staph Infection in a couple towns about an hour or more away from the town i live in. My school is taking all hte precautions to prevent us from getting it, like spraying down the locker knobs with disinfectant. But I've heard that it looks like boils?....and pimples. So I'm just kind of curious as to whether or not i should be concerned. Although ive had acne since about 7th grade, so its normal for me, but it never hurts to try and find out. So help please?

It used to be that people who got staph were immuno-compromised. But, MRSA is a lot stronger now. It's harder for our own defense systems to fight it.
It could be MRSA, only a culture will prove it. However, it's not likely. And if it is, there are ways to keep from ending up in the hospital. DON'T SQUEEZE it. That pushes the infection into the capillaries that are connected to your blood stream which increases the chance that you could end up sick.
Don't use any products containing triclosan on your body or in your home. Triclosan increases MRSA resistance to anti-biotics. Triclosan has also been shown to increase resistance in E. coli as well.
Most likely, it's just a pimple. Wash with plain, natural soap without triclosan or petro-chems. Wipe that area with straight isopropyl alcohol, just to be safe. Wipe the rest of your face with witch hazel. Alcohol kills MRSA, witch hazel, which is 14% alcohol, is strong enough to keep the bacteria in check - without increasing resistance.

What age are you? The chances are a healthy young person will not develop a random skin colonisation of staph, and it is unlikely to appear much like a pimple. The people who get staph or ususlly in some way immuno-compromised, have some co-morbidity. It is possible a previously existing lesion could have become infected, but as you say this is new then it is just a spot. Dont worry!

In all fairness, your pimple could be staph. Small chance, but still there..... However, MRSA is usually much worse. My dad had MRSA on his tailbone and had to be hospitalized for it. Just treat it like it is. If you touch it, wash your hands. If you're worried, go see a doc.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

relies upon on their physique somewhat. Like if their buffed and what not then a v neck and in the event that they re like widely used and funky then a common one. yet i surely choose v neck shirts, exceptionally plan white ones, (: lool, yet yeah, from the photos.. ^ the conventional one seems greater useful.
