What To Pack On A Boy/Girl Trip With A Two Hour Bus Ride?

I want to bring one carry-on bag and a maximum of two average sized suitcases. This is for two nights, three days. Any suggestions? I will choose a best answer.

Travelling is a wonderful experience . we have to enjoy it at the most by planning it well before. I would like to suggest few things. They may be useful for anyone.
1. Map and address of the place where you go.
2. Mobile phone . Ensure your battery is charged fully.
3. Have enough money or ATM card.
4. you can keep user-self entertained by listing to music when you get bored. You may have to carry Ipod or cd-Walkman.
5. Camera could be a best partner for you. You may find very interesting incidents or place . This will definitely full fill your journey.
6. Ofcourse, dresses , First-aid medicines, water bottles are very essential. :)
I just planned these for myself before flying to US.
