It is not a spy-ware or mall-ware, it is a program similar to Nero, it burns CD/DVD. Maybe you are using a registry repair tool witch often happens to delete good registry values and that may cause the problem from not being able to uninstall it from Add/Remove panel. Try using a different uninstalling program such as Your Uninstaller! 2006 (do it from safe mode if doesn't work in normal mode, but it should work). You could just delete the programs directory (from program files or where you installed it) in safe mode but that may cause more problems.
P.S.: ousiicko I don't think that's the kind of answer he wanted to hear.

You have some good suggestions here but they seem as a last resort thing to do and can even complicate things for you further...
First understand that some raunchy programmers will put a block into a program that can prevent an un-install, can include adware or spyware and even a virus...
For reasons of safety, I would suggest you first empty your temp file folder (if you have one), your temporary internet folder (cookies) and then your recycle bin...
Then look into the folder of that begruntled program and look close to the icons...remember them. Then open your downloads folder and see if any of those icons are in that folder. If they are, and one is not an un-install icon, right click your mouse and delete them. They will go to your recycle bin and can be restored if you make a mistake...
Then go back to your begruntled program folder and do not open it. Right click on the folder and delete it. That also will go to your recycle bin...
Do not empty your recycle bin for a week or so and if your computer is running fine after that then emptying the recycle bin will be ok. That would be an ideal time to defrag your computer as well...
Meanwhile, if you have no decent virus program, go to www.avant.com and load the free version and be sure to set it for auto-update...
If you have a serious virus, Avant will check each folder in your computer itself or you can do each manually. If you do have a virus and it has overtaken your computer completely then you have no alternative but to reformat that particular drive. If that is the case, be sure to check each folder for a virus before you make backup copies...
Good luck...

Have you tried System Restore? First click on Software Repair Wizard (I'm assuming you have Windows XP) on your desktop. Then, Continue the software repair wizard - Take me to the advanced options - Start Microsoft system restore - Restore my computer to an earlier time. You'll then see a 'calender' of the month. click on one of the highlighted dates previous to when you loaded Zango Grab n Burn and hopefully that should do the trick. I hope I've explained that well enough. Please contact me if not.

The way to fix that problem is to re install it again and uninstall it through Programs / uninstall application for that program.
You see if you remove a program through Add or Remove and that software has an uninstall application that you did not use then you have corrupted the program and there are bits of it still around.
Re install it and uninstall it again.

Go to start. Programs. Accessories. System tools. System restore. Restore my computer to an earlier time. It will give you a calender. Click on the date before you installed this program. Then click ok and it will restore it to the day you chose. After that the program should not be there.

Restart your pc in safe mode and then remove it.
This will ensure the program is not running while trying to uninstall.
Restart your pc and press F8 this will allow you to select safe mode.
Hope this helps

alt control delete then look for any processes relating to that program, then end them. (google if unsure of process names). After that, try and uninstall it.
If that doesnt work boot in safe mode (F8 on startup) and try remove it then.
