I think it is telling that Christian dogma assumes the worst of people: "We all deserve hell". Really? That's interesting, because we all do NOT deserve hell. I made an assertion as well. Do you care to prove that yours is more correct than mine? As to making any kind of judgment about which people do or do not deserve hell, I say no one does. I'm not nearly that
a) self-righteous
and
b) sadistic.
Anyone who thinks the notion of hell, eternal torture, is in any way "just" needs to really look at what kind of person that makes them.
EDIT:
Jesus! These answerers here are ******* insane!

Hell needs good person so that it can also be converted in to a nice place for all its inhabitants. At least sins would not be the only parameter then to gauge a person's behaviour. Because sins are commited on situational conditions and very rarely it is pre-concieved. So all good people may go to hell and let the best ones reside at heaven.

Well if hell even exists in the first place (though I highly doubt that it does), then the Christian should be sent there. It matters not what a person believes in as long as they live a moral and kind life. Anyone who believes otherwise are sick and should be ashamed of themselves.

No matter if someone is kind and nice, that will not get them to Heaven. The only way to the Kingdom is to be saved by Jesus Christ...
I have known some athiests and they seemed like really cool people but if they were never saved, all the goodness they display will be in vain when Judgement Day comes.

Neither are intended for Hell. Hell was created for Satan and the fallen angels.
If you want to learn more about Hell you should read Bill Weise's book, "23 Minutes in Hell". You can see his testimony over on http://www.SpiritLessons.com
Jesus said that He was the only way. If you do not like the message of the Christian, then read it for yourself.

The person who has not followed Romans 10: 9 and 10 is the one that has chosen to go to hell.

Everyone deserves to go to hell...
You don't seem to grasp the concept of hell. EVERYONE goes to hell, save those who accept Jesus Christ...
Has nothing to do with acts.
However, if the Christian is *actually* a Christian, they should do good works anyways...

See as "There is not a righteous man on earth who does what is right and never sins." Ec 7:20, your questions is logically fallacious - a strawman argument. "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus." Rom 3:23,24

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believed in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16
"Each of us will give an account of himself to God." Romans 14:12
I believe that if someone has never had a chance to hear and understand the Gospel, that they maybe given a chance to account for there actions to God before being judged.
If not how would someone who lives in an extremely remote area of the world who has never been introduced to any religion, be given a chance to stand fair judgment.
