Sometimes true, sometimes false.
A chair exists because someone conceived the idea in his mind and built it. My mind can conceive the development of very different lifeforms developing on the earth in a very short time, but I can't make these lifeforms exist.

See, I told you people I have an invisible pink unicorn with purple spots in my garage. He is all-knowing and all-powerful, everywhere and nowhere (except in my garage), beyond space and time yet inside both. No one believed me but if my mind can conceive it, it can exist!
