I weigh 175 I'm wondering do people look at me as if I'm a fat person.

it depends on your body fat %. the total height and weight are irrelevant. I know girls that are 160 lbs at 5'0 to 5'2 with six packs, they may be heavy on the scale but they are surely not fat.

Depending on how U R built & bone structure maybe above 150 lbs. Why R U concerned? Someone say something to U? - Ignore them. Just eat right, eat healthy, exercise & enjoy life! Who cares what other people think. Just make sure u have the right attitude & it doesn't matter what U weigh.

Here is a trick I learned...
5' should be around 100 lbs. Every inch above 5' add 5 lbs, then add 10 lbs, and subtract 10 lbs and you should be between that weight, depending on age and frame. So 5'3" should be between 105 lbs and 125 lbs.

I really wouldn't know, nor care. I'm 5'3", 180 and get hit on all the time.
