It'll be confusing for about a week, then you could do it in your sleep. Learn where everything is, listen to advice, organize your brain, and read tickets well. In no time you'll be able to do it with your eyes closed.

From what I have heard about grill cooks,it is a very hot and stressful job that doesn't pay very much, and alot of times, customers will complain about the way you didn't cook their food the way that they wanted it cooked.
It takes ALOT of ORGANIZATION and the ability to work really fast in a very stressful situation day after day where timing is everything on what gets cooked when. I have had friends who have had jobs like this one,and they said it was not pleasant whatsoever!

No, it is not easy. It is a very hot, tiring, demanding and at times stressful job. It requires not only good cooking skills but also very good people skills.
