I don't know is Council for Secular Humanism is non profit or not. they do not actually promote atheism though. The promote free thinking.

A little Freudian slip there with that prophet/profit spelling? I would think that all atheists are non-prophet.

You don't have to "promote" atheism, any more than you have to promote gravity, radio waves, or any other truth.
