He won't be home until 9:30 PM tonight. Should I text him before hand to tell him what to expect upon his arrival or just surprise him when he walks in the door? :)

It depends on your boyfriend. If he's the kind of guy who likes to get surprised and you dressing up for him and stuff, you shouldn't call. If you think he'll think you're weird and it'll embarrass him to have a girlfriend who dresses up "weird" in front of his friends you should text him, but I would rather surprise him. You can even text him, you know, make him crazy to find out and all that! Say somethigng like "I have something I know you're going to like!" or I have a surprise for you!" If he answers and asks what it is say something like "You'll see..." or "You'll see it when you come home!" That'll get him thinking and eager to see you. Tease him and drop hints. Tell him "It's going to be a special night!"

They love the eliment of surprise. But you could text him that you have been thinking about him all day and it was making you hot and can't wait to see him. It will help set the mood but won't spoil the surprise.

Maybe a very subtle hint, or even an "I can't wait for you to get home" text or something...
But don't ruin the surprise. =D Have fun.

Does he ever bring friends home with him? If so, you may want to send a warning not to bring anyone over tonight. Otherwise, surprise him ;o)

Do not tell him. I think role playing is excellent way to keep a relation from being stagnant. I shows courage confidence. Let the show start when he walks in.

I would text him something seductive but not necessarily tell him exactly what you have planned. Just give him a hint to make him come home ready.

Surprise him. Buy some red Tootsie Pops while you're waiting.

Don't drop hints throughout the day but it would be a good idea to leave him a note hinting at the front door when he comes home! ;)

Surprises are better, I mean you will see the looks on his face and that should excite you even more. Suck on a lollipop and boy I think he will so turn on, everything else is history..

Surprise him if you're sure he won't be in a bad mood when he gets home.
