I'm not saying only from Christians to be mean, but I'm more of a recent Christian and have a question b/c I'm still not sure about a lot of things. Anyway, here goes:

I know in the Bible it says that it's a sin to have sex before marriage but is that all sexual acts or just intercourse? I mean, kissing itself can lead to getting someone becoming sexually charged so isn't that a sexual act really? But no one says kissing before marriage is a sin. I'm just really confused...I guess I'm just looking for opinions since no one will really know 100% till you get to Heaven right?

The Bible is very specific in many areas regarding what is right and wrong in relationships between an unmarried man and woman. Sexual intercourse, referred to in Biblical terms as fornication is a sin. As modesty is also taught in the Bible, a female shouldn't be topless in front of her boyfriend and neither should expose their "private parts" to each other. As far as the heavy petting and so forth, I guess it depends upon the control of the individuals involved. Sometimes it's better not to "get to second base" because it usually leads to sex. Kissing is fairly harmless I think.
