Any ideas that you have tried to make a simpy but tasty meal.
Also include temp (low, med, high heat) and how long.. boil them first or not.. any ideas would be great. Thanks♥

Just because people typically marinade drumsticks, you don't have to. Try creating a rub of Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Cumin, and Brown Sugar. Mix in a tiny bit of liquid smoke, and cook over med indirect heat until done. I can not give you a time to cook, since every grill is different, but your internal temperature should be 165 Deg Fahrenheit.

Festival Turkey leg

This is supposed to be the authentic recipe used by turkey leg vendors at fairs and festivals. Boiling the turkey legs first may seem like cheating but, if you have to make thousands of them you won't want them sitting on your grill for 20 to 30 minutes before you can sell them selling.
INGREDIENTS:
4 turkey legs
1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated soda
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 large sweet onion, sliced
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon steak seasoning
PREPARATION:
Combine soda, sugar, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, black pepper and onion slices in a large pot. Bring to a low boil and add turkey legs. Boil over a medium heat for about 30 minutes or until the turkey legs register an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
(74 degrees C.). Meanwhile, preheat grill. Place onion slices on the heated grill and put the turkey legs on top of the onion slices. Brush with honey and sprinkle with steak seasoning. Grill over a medium heat for about 15 minutes watching carefully to avoid burning. Turn as needed. The skin should be crispy brown when the turkey legs are done.

The Greatest Grilled Turkey "Although not very traditional, grilling turkey is the best way of cooking it -- it comes out tender and juicy every time! The turkey drippings may be used to prepare a gravy by placing a metal pan under the turkey inside the roasting pan, and mixing in about 1/2 cup water, adding more water as necessary to prevent the drippings from scorching. Remove the pan about 30 minutes before the turkey is done cooking."
PREP TIME 30 Min
COOK TIME 3 Hrs (Less since you have just legs)
INGREDIENTS
12 pounds whole turkey
Liquid Smoke (rub on turkey, let set a few min. before oiling)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or whatever you have!
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Prepare an outdoor grill for indirect medium-high heat.
Rinse turkey and pat dry. Brush turkey with oil. Season under skin and out with Italian seasonings, salt, and pepper.
Place turkey on a metal grate inside a large roasting pan. Arrange pan on the prepared grill. Grill 2 to 3 hours, to an internal thigh temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C). Remove turkey from grill and let stand 15 minutes before carving.

Heres one with just basic stuff: It just takes a couple hours.

Any Carbonated beverage will do if you don't have lemon lime even wine or beer! It's the sugar that tenderizes. Boil this for 40 min. then grill.

If you have a clean spray bottle, then fill it with water and a tablespoon of liquid smoke. Spray this on the legs every minute or so while they are grilling.
