I would recommend going to the store/pharmacy and getting regular saline/eye wash to rinse for a couple of minutes and then you can use your aquify drops as needed. And if it doesnt improve - go to your optometrist.

yes, you can use aquify. i woudnt use "water".

if its not better in less than 48hrs, go see an optometrist. this is really common and not sight threatening...only painful/annoying. if it was really dangerous then clear care wouldnt be available OTC

anytime you get a foreign object or substance in the eye, flush only with clean clear water for five minutes.
