If they look around your age, check them out.You know, look at them.Stare at them for a little bit.Play it cool.
You don't have to say anything.But if she's really pretty or if you're with some friends, say something.Once I was walking and this guy was leaning on a wall, nodding and saying "Beautiful.Gorgeous.Sexy."Lol, it was funny =P

First of all, you have nothing to lose, you don't know her so why will it bother you if nothing comes out of it. there's plenty of women in the world, one isn't going to ruin your life. Be yourself crack a few jokes, if she laughs, invite her out for some coffe, sit and talk, and make sure shes doing most of the talking if you get to that point, ask her interesting questions about her life, what she likes to do, what she's reading, music, art, movies keep it simple and be confident women want a man not someone who's going to cry everytime she comes around. you got this!

have you ever seen the show the pick-up artist on VH1, if you haven't i would suggest watching that it has good material. or just go up and say hi. talk to her. strike up a conversation. if they are interested they will talk back. just go for it and if it doesn't work then switch grocery stores!

WOW. I remember those days well, honestly I still have them on occassion!! Just take a deep breath, walk up to her and politely intro yourself! Ask her to join you for a soda,or whatever! She mite just be there waiting 4 you!!

Go for her!!! talk to her break the ice be kind be fun make her feel important, pretty and special be honest do not pretend to be what you are not. that never works if you don't do it someone else will and you are going to be just a watcher

you are having an anxiety attack however mild. take a deep breath. get a book on anxiety and try some of the techiniques. approaching girls and talking to them and then dating them takes practice. you have to start somewhere. be brave and breathe
