The best medicine is found in your Kitchen it is also the finest gym for loosing that hard earned costly FAT.
Losing Weight sorry; Losing Fat
Your weight is determined by the rate at which you store energy from the food that you eat, and the rate at which you use that energy. Remember that as your body breaks down fat, the number of fat cells remains the same; each fat cell simply gets smaller.
Most of us experts agree that the way to maintain a healthy weight is:
• Eat a balanced diet - appropriate amounts of carbohydrates, fat and protein
• Do not eat excessively - for most people, a diet of 1,500 to 2,000 calories a day is sufficient to maintain a healthy weight
• Exercise regularly
This is the process by which we use fat as energy. One important factor that we have take into account and that is a persons genetics… This will the base to work from, to alter a persons shape and reform their energy factory.
You will be told that some of your weight loss will be water. This is true but it will be from the fat cells themselves.
All our fat cells contain water and when we reduce our fat cell size we will lose some water.
Remember that the body contains water within its blood supply and within your organs It takes a loss of only 1% - 2% of your body's ideal water content to cause dehydration.
The quantity and the quality of the water we consume determines our body‘s ability to metabolize and shed excess fat and properly maintain the body‘s largest organ‚ our skin. Also a very good medicine helping you to loose weight/FAT
Your abs (your gut) is still there its just that you cannot see them for a layer of FAT laying across them. You have to strip out this fat with a food management programme; do not eat as much and exercise more; and do not expect it to happen over night unless your into lipo suction.

well, you gotta have some aerobic exercise. depending on your level of fitness you might want to start with just walking, then jogging, then running. This is a great way to burn calories and build muscle. Also, this will speed up your metabolism, helping you burn more calories. Drink lots of water. Not only does the body use calories to heat the water, it also aids in natural body processes, helping you burn even MORE calories. What you eat is really important, but most people overlook that it's also HOW MUCH you eat. Your stomach is only the size of a fist, so your portions should be fairly small. It's also a lot healthier to eat several small meals throughout the day, instead of a few big ones. This forces your metabolism to be active virtually non-stop. Don't eat after around 6 pm, and make sure you get breakfast in the morning. Get around 7-8 hours of sleep, as this will help your body heal from excercising. Good luck!

Walk! Seriously. I frequently have patients ask me "How do I lose my love handle?" When I tell them to start walking they look at me like I'm from Mars and don't speak their language. So, they ask again "No, that's not what I mean. I want to lose my belly fat." Same answer. To burn off fat you have to do aerobic exercise for a period over approximately 20 minutes. It takes your body that long to burn off the "quick start" fuel and then start converting your reserves (fat) to fuel your activity. Building muscle is an entirely different issue. Most people don't want to build too much muscle in their abs (especially women) since it actually increases their waist measurement. However, strengthening all of the abdominal muscles not only helps appearance but even more importantly helps your posture and reduces back strain. There are quite a few very good abdominal strengthening/building exercises that don't strain the back. Crunches done in different directions, on an exercise ball, etc. are excellent if done with correct form.
So, if you don't want to walk you can run, bicycle, play a sport steadily for over 20 minutes (at a rate that you don't get out of breath), etc.

Okay. Cut out eating in between meals.
Only eat healthy food and cut down on Carb’s like bread, potatoes, pasta's, rice, cereals, lollies etc. These are the fat making foods. Learn exactly what your food groups are so you then know what puts the weight on and off.
Don’t add salt to your meals. Cut out soft drinks.
Then walk an hour every morning two hours after a meal and the same in the afternoon.
If you can jog in between both sessions you'll burn even more calories.
You should lose and continue to lose more weight as you go.
If you can cut out your lunch meal and replace it with a protein drink instead that would also help. Available in supermarkets.
As long as you can stay off junk food and eating in between meals. If you have to eat something in between have something like small raw carrots or celery sticks.
Summary:
Choose a cereal low in sugar for breakfast.
Lunch can be a protein drink. Like “Slim Right”.
And all normal meals at a normal serve. Cut down on potatoes and only have small portions of these.
Walking as much as you can.
Add gym training once the bulk of the weight is starting to come off.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing, except water, in between. Take plenty of uncooked food, vegetables and fruits, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body system to signal hunger and fullness. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve much more than what u r planning to do and that too in a reasonable period. Do not be in a hurry.
