Do you mean the gel ice packs or the chemical ones (that are one time use and last a few hours of cold)?

Both are non-toxic (which it should say on the package), but the one-time-use chemical ones can irritate your skin or eyes. If you did that, make sure you wash everything right away.
If it was the gel pack, you may want to wash off your clothes to make sure it doesn't stain them, as some have dyes in them.
Of course, I wouldn't eat it, but just wash off wherever it leaked and you'll be fine.

If it got in your eyes (or somehow in your mouth and you swallowed some) then you should be concerned, otherwise, as far as I know, just wash it off right away and don't wear those clothes again until they have been washed. I hope this helps!

no, chemical ice paks are not toxic, they neutralize completely once the cold wears off.
