The Archbishops of New York are buried in a crypt under the altar of the current St. Patrick's Cathedral (post-1879, at the corner of 50th Street and Fifth Avenue). http://archny.org/about-us/st-patricks-cathedral/

Beneath Saint Patrick's Old Cathedral (pre-1879, at the corner of Prince and Mott Streets) lies a labyrinth of well-kept mortuary vaults. http://www.oldsaintpatricks.com/
