It is apparently clear that catholic schools are for the most part superior to public ones. This of course translates into a more difficult academic calendar and students have to work harder to meet the set standards.However, that does not mean that you don't have public schools that are top notch; they are just few overall.Take out the politics inherent in public schools and let them focus exclusively on teaching, and you will see an explosion in the quality of public schools. Until that occurs, the edge goes to catholic schools.

For me, I think Catholic school is much better than public because the teachers are actually closer to their students than in a public school.

Catholic is probably harder and also better for learning, but Public is probably more fun.

Both public schools and Catholic schools vary greatly in how good and how hard they are.

Catholic schools do not vary as much as do public schools. You must however examine teh specific schools that you or your parents have in mind.
