This should be an OPEN forum. Except for vulgar statements and profanity, we should be able to state our beliefs and especially those backed by the Bible; at least in the R&S section. I've not seen any of your questions or answers that I remember but I'd suggest careful consideration before hitting the 'submit' button. I've never had an answer removed or received a warning. But I'm not very offensive either. Even when I speak out against an anti-biblical practice, I try to relay a sense of love and compassion. But your basic question is perfectly understood...it IS absolutely assenine.

Yahoo has guidelines and if someone deems your remarks derogatory it will be remove. I got a violation when I was still on level one by stating what Paul said about women in churches. I learned to approach such things with a direct quote from the bible using book chapter and verse and quoting it word for word.
Ever since when I need to answer with that scripture I just say that in 1 Corinthians 14 and state the verse and then type a direct quote. I was sent a violation for demeaning women.
If you are a Christian and I assume you are then you should know that many people even some Christians are offended by the bible, so if you are speaking about what the bible teaches the best way no to receive a violation is to type a word for word quote and say in such and such book and such and such chapter verse it says.

I have had discussions on what the Bible says about Homosexuality and not had them removed. Depends on what you mean by negative.
The Bible teaches that it is the same as looking at porno and bestiality. It is a sin, and if practiced, leads to death.
Also it is an abomination to the Lord. You were not created for it.
Lev 18:22 You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.
Lev 18:23 Nor shall you mate with any animal, to defile yourself with it. Nor shall any woman stand before an animal to mate with it. It is perversion.
and
Rom 1:26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature.
Rom 1:27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.
They don't have to live in sin, Jesus died so that they can be freed from fleshly lusts!
Gal 5:16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
Gal 5:17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish.
Gal 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
Gal 5:23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
Gal 5:24 And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
Gal 5:25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

I have no clue. I wouldn't really attack either seeing as how although I'm a wiccan and not a christian, I still wouldn't attack a christian or a homosexual. I think that everyone has the right to believe what they want to believe. I have both christian and gay friends. It's not my place to judge anyone, I'm not anyone special, I'm just a human and therefore, have no right to attack anyone, unless of course, they attack me first.
And I recieced a warning letter just for stating that I was a Wiccan and that I thought everyone had the right to their own religion so... *shrugs*

I agree, homosexuality (regardless of political correctness) is just another idea that we are guaranteed the right to criticise just as someone could try to criticise heterosexuality, I get fed up with this mess, its like all minority groups are always given way much more leway than the majority, i think it should be exactly equal. things even like BET and all of the college funds reserved for minority groups are somewhat hypocritical, I mean what if there was a caucasion only college fund etc. I have the right to say what i want whether or not it may be nice, i don't like saying mean things (that i consider mean) but this is a matter of opinion, and furthermore, no scientific study has ever proven your sexual orientation to be genetic, its an intricate process of traits and how the environment shapes and forms our ideas. Just as religion is just a way our environment shaped our ideas.

I think people need to grow up. Reporting people is a waste of time and energy. I however do not agree with your view on homosexuality but I would never report you for it.
Homosexuality is not wrong and it is not a choice. When did you chose to be heterosexual? I find it annoying that people take a concept so enigmatic as a god entity and attempt to superimpose their flawed morals and belief systems onto it. Sexual orientation is a human preoccupation. In reality it doesn't really matter. We are all people and love is love is love. Souls do not have a gender. Body's have a gender. Love is at its purest when it is genderless. Imagine how wonderful it would be to be able to love someone for who they are regardless of their gender.

Um, last time I checked, someone attacking, in any form or fashion, Christianity will be reported faster than one can say "blasphemy." I should know, I got plenty of violation notices on it, and I wasn't even "attacking" them, merely criticizing. And I've seen plenty of Christians (and others) get away with attacking homosexuality on here, and get away with it. I really do not know which precedents you are getting this from, but from my experience, you are wrong.

It's the difference between attacking what a person is, compared to disagreeing with (or in same cases, yes, attacking) a belief.
Person, versus idea.
Some people consider disagreement with beliefs to be a personal attack. They really need to gain some maturity.
