Iraq will not be split, we will not allow it. Americans need to get their a*ses out of iraq already, aren't they done playing heroes.

We the iraqi people will not allow it, and time is up for the american soldiers in iraq, they're gonna have to leave, the choice is their's either they do it on their own or we'll have to ''do something about it''. Baby Killers have no place in the Land of the Euphrates and Tigris.

i didn't ask for a political briefing, i know what happened and i don't support saddam so good thing he got his. and in case you haven't noticed we've been killing american soldiers ever since. so you can keep your good advice for yourself.

While division of Iraq might or might not be a good thing it is unlikely to happen in the near future.

The Turks will not tolerate an independent Kurdistan in northern Iraq.

The Shiites are not really pushing to separate from Sunnis due to the fact they are the majority.

And the Sunnis fear if both sides bolt that they will be left with no oil revenue so they will do what they can to prevent it from happening.

The most your going to have right now is a very autonomous Northern Iraq which will still technically be part of Iraq.

And maybe some parts of Southern Iraq will get some level of autonomy but not to the level of the north.

I don't think that Iraq will split, because this will cause more damage and more problems to the countries adjacent to it...I hope they don't split.....What a shame!!! Some people look happy about splitting Iraq...Maybe because they don't know that their turn will come soon...Nobody is secured....
