okay i have a HOTT, SEXAY, BEST BODY , NICE, CHAMING, PERFECT, 1 AND ONLY boyfriend. to me he's the only perfect thing in my life. and well i used to have this awsome body when i was little. and well ihave gained 20 pounds in a years BBADDDDDDD!! i know. it's all in my tummy which sucks b/c he goes to the pool with me. and like every1 else there has this PERFECT body and wel i want it... is there any quick excerise ya'll know that i can do for a little while each night?? b/c he's sooo hott i at least want to give him some thing to look at.. HELP!

Jaffa's, pasta diet cute, lol. What it boils down to is a calories game. Burn more than you take in, eat less calories means less exercise is needed. As for the tummy, 20 sit ups each morning and it will be gone before you know it. Good Luck. ;-)

There are tons of excersizes you can do to keep your body in shape and looking good. You can join a gym and meet with a trainer to get some ideas. But more simply, you can walk, run, ride a bike (please wear a helmet). And at home you can do sit-ups, crunches, push-ups you can lift gallons of milk to keep your arms tones. You can also ask your gym teacher for some ideas on how to excersize to target your tummy. There is no 'quick' fix for being overweight, and unfit. You just have to do the work.

However, please think about your focus. As a young lady, it is much more important to focus on your studies and your education. Keeping fit is very important, but you need a healthy mind as well. You also need to keep your emotions healthy and learn to develop healthy relationships both with your freinds and peers and with your family members. It concerns me a little that you want to get 'PERFECT' for your boyfriend, because he's so hot. A real friend (and a boyfriend should be a friend too) will accept you as you are. Perfect or not.

Get fit, but do it for yourself!! And talk to your parents about this issue. They will probalby be more than happy to help you out. Good luck to you!!

First of all, if he's your boyfriend, he probablly likes you the way you are and all. But about the rest..
There aer fast ways to lose weight, yes, but they are killers and not healthy at all.
Ofcourse there are slower, but better things you can do to lose weight (in any area)
Keep in mind that the advantage of healthy workouts and diets make the reslult more "permenent", as in you don't have to kill yourself to stay that way.
I advise you to not eat after 6:00pm, drink lots of water, give up on candy, eat lean meat and fish, and most important of all get moving. Sports are the best, but if you want excercise before sleeping for your tummy, i suggest crunches.
There are lots of different ways. I do 200 myself eveyrday. And i do abut 15 at least slightly different ways, to work different parts of my stomach and to make it more interesting. If you do 200 or more (if you cant do 200, ex.100 is ok, just the less, the longer it will take) you should start seeing results in about a month (if you stick to everything) and see realy good results in about 2 months (bu thtat depends on how much you want to drop)
remember, it wont happen immiedatly, dont give up, adn good luck :)

I think there is a video out there called 15 minute abs. Or you can do this other video I use called Crunch Fat Burning Ab Attack. It's about 25 minutes of Ab work with light cardio it's not half bad. Also, how about asking your bf to go for a walk after dinner? Stop feeling bad about yourself if your bf really loves you he isn't noticing the other women or your extra weight and you are probably noticing it more. Good luck.

Just count calories and make sure you consume less than you need to stay at constan weight. Or just eat food plain without extras, stay away from unhealthy stuff and eliminate 1 meal a day. Then do lots of running and ab crunches. You will be fine. at 3 pounds a week it will take you no more than 2 months to be back.

You the hell need to eat right and exercise. Make a lifestyle change...leave the junk food and fast food behind (maybe as an occasional treat) and start exercising at least 1 hour a day, at least 5 days a week.

You'll lose those pounds in no time, then just adjust your eating and exercise to maintain your new form.

excercise,excercise,excercise!!..try jogging for like an hr a day..wake up early like at 6 to start of the day energized also when you eat control your portions because thats what is making you also gain weight..try using the small plated when you grap a plate a food or when you eat cereal dont grab the big bowl lol use the small ones and soda makes you gain weight so drink tea,orange juice,and water.WATER IS THE BEST OPTION lol i hate water but now you can buy that water that comes in different flavors and colors kinda taste
like gatorade so its not so bad.i know its hard but YOU CAN DO IT!!

Simple. Start today.

1. Drink a glass of water.
2. Walk 20 minutes, turn around, walk back.
3. Drink a glass of water.

Repeat each day. Your life style has just been changed.

There is a quick way, but you'll just gain it all back within a few weeks. The best solution is to eat a healthy diet and exercise. Your man will probably want to do it with you, too.

Trying to out exercise what you eat is like taking a second job to out earn what you spend. Control your weight at the souce. As to exercise, I'm sure you will get lot's of suggestions, just find the ones that are fun so you will stick with them.
