Is it possible it is stress? When do you have time for yourself? What do you do for YOU? Maybe a therapist could help you unload and give suggestions on how to take better care of yourself (while you're still being a good Wife and Mother) I speak from experience, I'm a wife, a mother of two and work full time. Trust me, talking to someone helps. And stress can absolutely manifest itself in physical symptoms.
Blessings to you.....

I had headaches like this for years, and found out that the headaches started as sinus headaches caused by allergies, and they occasionally morphed into migraines. I got it under control with a combination of three things: 12 -hour antihistamine (Claritin or Zyrtec) with a decongestant (the original sudafed, not sudafed PE), and an expectorant (Mucinex) that helps the sinuses to drain. This approach probably wouldn't do much for a person that has only migraine-type headaches. There are special medications for treating migraines that work miracles for most people.
For pain, I usually start with one Alleve, and if that doesn't work, I take one more Alleve and 2 Tylenol - that's the limit for a single day. This doesn't eliminate migraine pain, but it reduces the pain just enough to function almost normally. My doc suggested this approach.

You need to see a doctor. I used to have such bad headaches I thought I had a brain tumour - turned out it was because my eyesight was lousy and I was straining my eyes all the time. Recently, I've just stopped taking the contraceptive pill because that was triggering the headache from hell for a couple of days a month. Foods like cheese and chocolate can also cause migraines - but don't just put up with it - get to the doctors and tell him to do some tests!

Go to the doctor and ask him for some migraine relieve tablets.
Then every week on one evening. Tell yourself this time is yours and only yours. Pamper yourself. Spend it how you like. Reading, swimming, lying in the bath, watching the programme you like on TV. Go to a women club, go a walk. Whatever makes you relax and feel happy and free.
Get someone to keep an eye on the children.
You need complete relaxation, and one evening a week out of seven is not much to ask for. Even machines get switched off sometimes.
The free time does not have to be alone if you would like an evening out at the cinema or a show with your husband.

You may need to see a hospital consultant,to rule out serious causes.I doubt if you have a serious problem or you would probably have other symptoms. The private hospital below investigate migraine causes too.

Get pure undiluted peppermint oil and rub it on your head and the back of your neck, it helps. Take 2 Advil every six hours. Go to a neurologist because it may be a neurological problem.

Go to your doctor. Let him / her know what is going on! My brother was using a clinical drug to prevent migraines. I cannot remember the name of the drug but painkillers can become ADDICTIVE (my mother was on painkillers due to cancer, I realized her addiction when she'd send me to the store to pick up a bottle of painkillers every 2 days).

My headaches turned out to be too much coffee...if this is the case, you need to cut down slowly as caffine is a drug.
