how about the use of the word Elohiem in the old testiment... a hebrew word showing plurality. Why in Genesis 1 does God say "Let US create man in OUR immage"? Why did the father proclaim "This is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased" as Jesus was baptized the the Holy Ghost descended upon him like a dove? Why does John 1 say that the Word was with God AND the Word was God? Why does 1 John 5:7 say "there are 3 that bare record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost"? Why did Jesus say he came not to do his own will, but the will of the father, and then tell the deciples to wait for the power from haven that the Holy Ghost would give them? Why is Jesus called God's only begotten son? Why did Jesus say that the Spirit of God annointed him to preach? If the trinity doesn't exist then why do we believe such an atrocious bible full of abominable herecy... we better burn our King James Bibles and turn to bow towards Mecca

Not Matthew, Genesis 1:26 "let us make man in our image,in our likeness..." Again in Genesis 3:22 "And the Lord God said, the man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil.." Did you know also that You are 3 things also which make a whole. Mankind has Body, Soul and Spirit. A piece of fruit has Skin, Seed and edible meat. Love itself consists of 3 parts: Agape, Phileo and Eros. God has a special use for doing things in 3s. not in the mathmatics of humankind, but in Gods eyes it takes 3 to make 1. Understanding the bible means more than literal reading but you must ask the Holy Spirit to assist you so you may understand its Spiritual Meaning. Its not a book as Shakespear or any other book written. So don't read it as a book, its a collection of different types of books. Law/ History/ major prophets/ minor prophets/ Gospels/ Letters/ Epistles/ Prophecy and Poetry.
Also the word God is a title, don't cofuse titles with names. the word Father is a person. Son is a person. and the bible also says the Holy Spirit is also a person. Jesus is that Name of which God wants to be identified with. Also you have characteristics and traits which other words describe. Many singular words are definitive of more than one person or items. example Family = Mother Father and Child. If it were only Husband and Wife it would be a married couple.
So if its hard to believe in the Trinity why does God use the word US in describing himself. Let US.... They have become like US....

definite. Matthew 10:20 For it really is not ye that communicate, although the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you. the following it truly is declaring that the Spirit is the daddy. John 14:16-18 and that i will pray the daddy, and he shall furnish you with yet another Comforter, that he would abide with you for ever: Even the Spirit of reality; whom the international can't acquire, because it seeth him no longer, neither knoweth him: yet ye understand him; for he dwelleth with you, and could be in you. i will not go away you comfortless: i will come to you. In that very last verse Jesus is declaring that he's the Spirit of reality/Comforter. the daddy and the Son and the Holy Spirit are one. also remember Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a baby is born, unto us a son is given: and the authorities will be upon his shoulder: and his call will be referred to as spectacular, Counsellor, The amazing God, The eternal Father, The Prince of peace. Now, if he's a majority of this stuff then how can everybody deny the very incontrovertible truth that it is speaking of our Lord Jesus Christ? @ Everett: The Mormon version of the KJV says "a" God. The KJV says God on my own without the "a". in simple terms God can forgive sins. Jesus forgave sins even earlier to the bypass and resurrection making Himself equivalent to God. If Jesus change into only a guy chosen from God then why change into there a go with to be a virgin beginning? He got here "into" the international yet, change into no longer area of the international.

Matthew 28: 19: "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.
Also: 2 Corinthians 13: 13: "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with all of you.:

You stated part of the triune 'three in one' nature of God in your question. Your right it is in the 'name', not 'names' of the Father, Son the Holy Spirit.
Yes, the word 'trinity' is not found anywhere in the bible, that does not mean the concept is not taught. The word 'monotheism' is not found anywhere in the bible either, but the concept is taught.

The idea of a trinity was originally a pagan doctrine and for a Christian to believe in a trinity and then associate themselves with Judaism is a monstrosity.

I assume you feel that you may disobey our Lord when he say to do this or this in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit? I must assume you also feel that our Lord was speaking to himself when he cried out, My father why have your forsaken me? Or When God Said this is my Beloved son, in whom I am well pleased, as the spirit decended in the form of a dove? And I hate to tell you this, but if our salvation is up to us, we are all hell bound, for the simple fact that is what we deserve.

Yeah but who can support the Bible?
There are three ways you can know that a document is infallible: (1) a fallible source tells you; (2) an infallible source tells you; (3) the document claims it for itself. For example, if I tell you the New York Times is infallible, you are under no obligation to believe me, because I'm fallible. If the New York Times proclaims in its pages that it is infallible, you are under no obligation to believe it, because that would be circular reasoning: This document is infallible because this document says it is infallible. But if Jesus Christ told you the New York Times was infallible, you would have to believe it, because Jesus Christ is infallible. Being completely infallible, every word he utters is true. Therefore if he says the New York Times is infallible, it must be so.
Now, my question to you is, what infallible source told you that the Bible is infallible?

Mat 3:16 And having been baptized, Jesus went up immediately from the water. And, behold! The heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God coming down as a dove, and coming upon Him.
Mat 3:17 And behold! A voice out of the heaven saying, This is My Son, the Beloved, in whom I have been delighting.
We have Jesus, the Son, who is deity, the Holy Spirit, also God and the voice of God the Father. Three beings, yet all deity. One God, in three persons.
1 Cor. 12:4-6, Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5And there are varieties of ministries, and the same Lord. 6And there are varieties of effects, but the same God who works all things in all persons.
2 Cor. 13:14, The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all.
Eph. 4:4-7, There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; 5one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all. 7But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift.
1 Pet. 1:2, "according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, that you may obey Jesus Christ and be sprinkled with His blood: May grace and peace be yours in fullest measure."
Jude 20-21, "But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith; praying in the Holy Spirit; 21keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life."
