Two days ago my dog refused food - I noticed that her tongue looked pale in color but she was acting fine. Her gums, eyes, and temp all seemed fine as well. Yesterday morning she refused food again and I came home to 4 piles of diarrhea on the floor. Today she finally ate and drank water normally again but the tongue is still pale. Does this signify anything in particular?

It signifies that you need to go to the vet.

get this animal to a vet stopping eating and drinking and diarrhea can be anything from something that did not agree with her to something really devestating but the tongue being pale when it wasnt before is really troubling

Hope all goes well.

unless she ate something she usually dos not have, I'd take her to the vet. to get checked. i had this happen to a litter of pups. they had hook worms. sadly half where to far gone by time they where treated. they died. these where they only symptoms. the vet. said they get them from eating dirt. :(
